Request data deletion.

You can request deletion of your MetaMints account and personal data. We will verify the request before processing it and may retain information where required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

Before you submit

What happens?

  1. Submit the request using the account email address.
  2. We verify that the request belongs to you.
  3. We process eligible account and personal-data deletion.
  4. We confirm the outcome by email.
Do not include your password, recovery link, access token, payment credentials, or other authentication secrets.
