These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MetaMints, a technical SEO optimization tool operated by MetaMints.digital, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

MetaMints is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If we discover a user is under 18, the account and all associated data will be terminated and deleted promptly.

2. What MetaMints Does

MetaMints analyzes an uploaded website file or URL and generates technical SEO infrastructure — including metadata, structured data, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and related files — using an AI engine. MetaMints operates in ADD-ONLY mode: we never rewrite your existing content, change your design, modify your branding, or alter your CSS or JavaScript. We only add missing SEO infrastructure.

3. No Guarantee of Results

MetaMints optimizes technical SEO infrastructure. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic increase, or business outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, content quality, domain history, and search engine algorithm changes. Treat our output as a technical foundation, not a promise of results.

4. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you own, or have the legal right to upload and process, any file or URL you submit to MetaMints.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated files (especially robots.txt and schema markup) before deploying them to your live website.
You will not use MetaMints to analyze websites containing illegal content, or to attempt to overload, scrape, or attack third-party websites.
You will not attempt to circumvent plan limits, abuse the free trial system, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

MetaMints provides SEO optimization tools for informational and technical purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: changes in your search engine rankings; traffic loss or gain following implementation of our output; misconfigurations in robots.txt, sitemap, or schema files after you deploy them; search engine penalties resulting from structured data; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses arising from use of MetaMints. Always review generated files before deploying them to your live site. Implementation is entirely at your own risk.

Uploading is your responsibility, not ours. MetaMints generates files for you to review and deploy — we do not upload, install, or push anything directly to your live website. Checking each generated file and deciding whether and how to upload it to your server is solely your responsibility.

No liability for monetary or business loss. If your search engine ranking, organic traffic, leads, sales, or revenue decreases after you upload or implement files generated by MetaMints — for any reason, including a mistake in the files, a change you made while uploading, or a search engine's own ranking changes — MetaMints and its owners are not responsible for any resulting financial loss, lost income, lost business opportunity, or other monetary damage. This applies whether the loss is large or small, and whether or not you reviewed the files before uploading them.

6. AI-Generated Content

MetaMints uses artificial intelligence to analyze your website and generate recommendations. AI-generated schema markup, metadata, and recommendations must be verified for accuracy before use. Incorrect structured data — including wrong addresses, phone numbers, or business hours — may result in search engine penalties. We provide a schema confirmation step on applicable plans so you can review and correct AI output before it is finalized.

7. Plans, Pricing, and Validity

MetaMints offers a free trial and paid plans (Starter, Plus, Ultra), each with a defined number of analyses, pages per analysis, and a validity period as displayed on our Pricing page at time of purchase. Paid plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The files you upload remain your property. The MetaMints platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of MetaMints.digital. The SEO files generated for your website are yours to use freely once downloaded.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the free trial system, or engage in activity that threatens the security or availability of MetaMints for other users. You may delete your account at any time via our Data Deletion page.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. MetaMints may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors outside our control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of MetaMints shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of MetaMints after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
