MetaMints ("we," "us," "MetaMints") is operated by MetaMints.digital, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use MetaMints, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.
MetaMints is an AI-powered technical SEO optimization tool. You upload a website file or enter a URL, our AI analyzes it, and we generate SEO infrastructure files for you to download. This policy is written to be read by a real person, not just a lawyer.
1. What Data We Collect

2. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Uploaded website files — deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your analysis completing.
- Account data (email, name, plan) — kept as long as your account is active, deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
- Analysis reports and scores — kept so you can revisit them in your dashboard, until you delete your account.
- Security and activity logs — retained for 180 days, in line with India's IT Rules 2021 requirements.
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run MetaMints:
- Anthropic — processes the structured content extracted from your uploaded files to generate the AI analysis. Anthropic's API does not use your data to train its models.
- Supabase — stores your account and analysis data securely.
- Razorpay — processes payments. MetaMints never stores or transmits your card details directly.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, plan expiry).
As some of our service providers are based outside India, your data may pass through their infrastructure as part of normal service delivery. We choose providers with strong security practices, and uploaded website files are deleted within 24 hours regardless of where processing occurs.
4. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023
As an Indian user, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request erasure of your data — visit our Data Deletion page to start this
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity

5. AI Disclosure
MetaMints uses artificial intelligence to analyze your website and generate SEO recommendations and files. This AI-generated output should be reviewed before deployment — see our Disclaimer for details. Your uploaded content is used only to generate your analysis and is never used to train AI models.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level access controls (Row Level Security), input sanitization for all uploads, and server-side processing of sensitive operations. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and continuously improve our defenses. See our Security Policy for more.
7. Children's Privacy
MetaMints is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, the account and all associated data will be deleted promptly.
8. Cookies
MetaMints uses essential cookies required for login sessions to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above.
