International Use Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026
MetaMints is designed, operated, and legally based in India, for users in India. As explained on our Service Availability page, we do not currently target, advertise to, or support users located outside India. This page sets out the terms that apply if you access or use MetaMints from outside India anyway.
We Do Not Encourage Use Outside India
MetaMints is not marketed, localized, or offered for sale to individuals or businesses outside India. If you are located outside India, we ask that you do not use this service. Our pricing, payment processing, support, and legal compliance are all built around Indian law and Indian users.
If You Use MetaMints From Outside India Anyway
By choosing to access or use MetaMints from outside India, you accept full responsibility for that decision, including:
- Determining whether using MetaMints complies with the laws of your own country, including any local data protection, consumer protection, tax, or import/export-related laws
- Any consequences, costs, or restrictions arising from using a service that is built for and governed by Indian law, while you are physically located elsewhere
- Securing your own legal advice if you are uncertain whether your use of MetaMints is permitted where you live
MetaMints and its owners are not responsible for advising you on, or ensuring compliance with, the laws of any country other than India. We make no representation that MetaMints, its content, or its output is appropriate, legal, or available for use outside India.
Governing Law Remains Indian Law
Regardless of where you access MetaMints from, our Terms of Service govern your use of the platform, and those Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. Using MetaMints from outside India does not change this — it simply means you are agreeing to be bound by Indian law and Indian jurisdiction as a condition of use.
A Note on What This Page Can and Cannot Do
This page sets out our position and shifts legal and practical responsibility onto users who choose to access MetaMints from outside India against our stated availability. It cannot, however, override the laws of another country, or prevent a court or authority anywhere in the world from exercising jurisdiction where the law genuinely allows it. No website disclaimer can do that, for any company, anywhere. What this page does is make clear, in writing, that such use was against our stated terms, was not invited or supported by us, and was the user's own choice and risk.
Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of MetaMints being used in a way that violates the law of another country, please let us know at MetaMints.digital@gmail.com so we can review the matter.
