Refund Policy

This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on a MetaMints paid plan, and how to request one.
Plan Structure
MetaMints plans are prepaid and valid for 2 months or until all analyses are used up — whichever comes first. Plans do not auto-renew — you choose when to purchase again.

When You're Eligible for a Refund
- Unused plan, no analyses run: if you purchase a plan and have not run a single analysis on it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Technical failure on our end: if a paid analysis fails to complete due to an error on our side and the analysis count was deducted, we will restore the analysis credit or issue a partial refund for that single analysis.
- Duplicate or accidental payment: if you were charged twice for the same plan, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Once one or more analyses have been run on a plan, that plan is no longer eligible for a full refund (we have already incurred the cost of running the AI analysis for you).
- Dissatisfaction with SEO results is not grounds for a refund — see our Disclaimer on why results are never guaranteed.
- Plans that have expired — either due to the 2-month validity period or because all analyses have been used — are not refundable.
If you used at least one analysis but believe a genuine error occurred (e.g. a corrupted output file, a failed payment that still deducted a credit), email us — we review these on a case-by-case basis and will make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email MetaMints.digital@gmail.com with your registered email address, the plan purchased, and the reason for your request. We respond within 24 hours and resolve eligible requests within 7 working days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellation
Since plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, there is no subscription to "cancel" — your plan simply expires at the end of its 2-month validity period or once all analyses are used up, whichever comes first. If you wish to stop using MetaMints entirely and have your data removed, visit our Data Deletion page.
GST and Taxes
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes once MetaMints crosses the GST registration threshold. Razorpay generates an invoice for every successful payment.
