You have the right to request deletion of your MetaMints account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted, what we may briefly retain, and how to make your request.

- Your name, email, and phone number
- Your account and login credentials
- Your analysis history and saved reports
- Any business details you entered (company name, description, etc.)
- Your payment history records (subject to the retention note below)
What We May Briefly Retain
Under Indian tax and financial record-keeping law, we may be legally required to retain anonymized transaction and invoice records (without your name or contact details attached) for a limited period even after account deletion. Security and fraud-prevention logs may also be retained for up to 180 days as required under India's IT Rules, 2021. No personally identifiable data is kept beyond what's legally required.
Uploaded Website Files
Your uploaded website files are already deleted from our servers within 24 hours of each analysis completing, regardless of whether you request account deletion — see our Privacy Policy for details.
This Is Irreversible
Once your account is deleted, your analysis history, reports, and any remaining plan credits are permanently lost and cannot be recovered. If you have an active paid plan with unused analyses, please check our Refund Policy before requesting deletion.
